Exercises for arms that can be done at home?

I’ve been trying to be good:  watching what I eat, exercise when I can, etc.  I haven’t been concentrating on my arms and I tried on some sleeveless shirts today and YUCK!;  my upper arms are so fat and flabby, it’s unslightly and embarrassing!  I live in Houston so I try to wear shorts (which is another frightening venture w/ the legs/thighs dept.!) and short sleeve or sleeveless shirts when possible b/c of the heat and humidity.

Anyway, I have 5 lb. dumbbells at home.  I know all the basic moves but does anyone have some really good ones to tone my triceps and biceps?  I know it’s not going to happen overnight but I’d like to try something new and different.
