The Bar Method (Los Angeles) is the best thing ever! I have tried many different types of work outs and nothing else has held my interest as long as Bar Method has. It’s addictive! It hurts, but the results are worth the pain. Plus, the instructors are fantastic and sometimes that makes all the difference.
I’m not a huge fan of fusing workouts. When I do yoga, I like to keep it slow and steady the whole time. If I’m doing something aerobic, then I don’t want to get it finished asap. I don’t like mixing it up- stretching and then having to jump up and do leg kicks interrupts the flow of the yoga poses. I’ve done yogalates and it was OK, but I like doing them separately much better.
